≥ 2 Years 3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

3.1. Primary Functions

Role and responsibilities

•Proper document control of projects documents received on Sharepoint and proper notification of team members.

•Coordinating with project team members.

•Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.

•Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, emails).

•Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors.

•Assisting in preparation of invoices and following-up with clients.

•Handling upload and download of documents/reports on Malath portal.

•Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.

•Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.

•Perform any Task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits.

Other

•Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times.

•Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics.

3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities

▪Implementing BV safety programs within the team

▪Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE

▪Policies, procedures and practices.

▪Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative

▪Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.

▪Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition

▪Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).

▪Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
