V2X Installation Access Supervisor in Qatar
Overview
This position will be physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
The Installation Access Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Installation Access employees and ensuring their adherence to procedural and contractual requirements. This role involves working closely with the Emergency Services (ES) Manager and Assistant Manager to implement the Department of State (DoS) Access Coordination Program. Key responsibilities include daily customer service functions, office administration, personnel access record management, and providing guidance to visitors, contractors, and permanent party personnel regarding access to CARE Doha. The Installation Access Supervisor leads and provides procedural assistance to the Access Administrator and Pass and ID Clerks, ensuring compliance with established DoS policies and procedures. Additionally, they manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) databases and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected from all Installation Access Office (IAO) processes, serving as the primary point of contact for interfacing with DoS counterparts on IAO operations.
Responsibilities

Oversight of all IAO employees, ensuring compliance with procedural and contractual requirements.
Assisting ES Manager/Assistant Manager in implementing the DoS Access Badging Program.
Conducting daily customer service functions and office administration.
Supervision of personnel and document verification.
Input and maintenance of sensitive information.
Initiating, preparing, maintaining, and processing personnel access records as directed by ES Manager and ES Assistant Manager.
Providing procedural assistance and instructions to Visitors, Contractors, and Permanent Party personnel seeking information regarding access to the CARE Doha Installation.
Offering guidance and technical assistance to the Access Administrator and Pass and ID Clerks.
Leading all Installation Access employees to conduct their work in accordance with established DoS policies and procedures.
Collecting, controlling, distributing, storing, accessing, and maintaining custody of CUI databases and PII collected from all IAO processes.
Acting as the POC interfacing with DoS POCs on all matters pertaining to IAO operations as required.
Performs other duties or assignments as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or above a plus.
Must be eligible and/or able to obtain required DoS credentials to work on CARE Doha.
Must be a US Citizen and possess a valid US Tourist Passport/Driver’s License.
Will meet all DoS security requirements.
Must obtain and maintain a Host Nations driver’s license
Must be Secret Clearance eligible and/or able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Experience:
Must have computer experience and have thorough knowledge of Microsoft office.
Prior Biometric Enrollment or similar credentialing experience a plus.
Supervisor experience preferred.
Possess a minimum of two (2) years working within the DoD, DoJ, DoS, or US Government environment (preferred).
Skills
Excellent computer skills required as well as interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises employees as needed.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
Physical Requirements:
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
