Your Day to Day

As the Assistant Food & Beverage Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our F&B department. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership, creativity, and strategic vision will contribute to the success of our restaurants, bars, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the overall operations of the Food & Beverage department, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, and control costs

  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure consistency in quality and presentation

  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team

  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth

  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing and promotional plans to attract and retain guests

  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to continuously improve operations

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting

  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, including restaurant management, event planning, and cost control

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail
