Junior Payroll and HR Coordinator with English and French

We are Amex GBT EMEA HR HUB, serving our employees located in nearly 20 European countries. We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for France, Belgium and Netherlands. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide payroll team with necessary employee documentation and data

  • Provide new employee contracts, addendums, certificates and documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle

  • Planning and management of statutory occupational health visits

  • Processing invoices for vendors and social security

  • Start to finish administration of family company policies and benefits

  • Time and Attendance administration

  • Advising employees regarding local HR policies, procedures or other inquiries via tickets

  • Maintain employee and payroll files ensuring they are securely filed

  • Managing data in HR systems (e.g. Workday)

  • Participate in UAT testing for HRIS projects for designated markets

  • Cooperating with third parties and other departments (e.g. Finance, TA, payroll vendor)

  • Support with payroll related activities (e.g. preparing data for payroll input, contribution to payroll checks)

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced level of French and English (C1), both spoken and written(Dutch is an advantage!)

  • A previous experience in an HR environment is nice to have

  • Strong attention to details, openness to ask questions

  • Particular interest in HR area

  • A knowledge of Workday, Fresh service or ADP tools would be a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Comfortable with competing priorities

  • Exceptional communication, time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
