Using French to gain HR professional experience? – EMEA HR Representative Role

We are Amex GBT EMEA HR HUB, serving our employees located in nearly 20 European countries. We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for English- and French -speaking countries. If you want to participate in business transitions, services development and processes improvements, don't think twice and apply!

What you will be doing:

• using Workday, one of the most powerful HR systems in the world

• basic labor country-specific regulations across Europe

• pay and compensation rules for European markets

• managing administration processes

• improvement projects and HR campaigns

• structure of a multinational company

• organization of trainings about HR processes

• data management of acquired companies

• preparation of HR reports

• email and phone contact with French and English GBT speakers

What we need from you:

• fluent French and English speaker (if you speak Spanish too, you will be a dream candidate)

• individual with accuracy and attention to detail

• colleague willing to cooperate, develop and have fun

Where you will work

• We are offering an open ended contract with 3 months trial period.

• The role is completely remote - you can work from home from anywhere in Poland
