Our team’s main focus is Oracle-NetSuite's SuitePeople (http://www.netsuite.com/portal/services/professional-services/suitesuccess/suitepeople.shtml) offering. How will you crush it?

  • You'll work with other engineers, product managers and UX experts that care about their craft and what they deliver. As part of working on our Agile teams, you own your domain and you have a say on user experience and technical design.

  • You'll be designing and implementing solutions that include database schemas, business logic, as well as some presentation layer work (there is a buzzword for it – full-stack developer).

  • You'll be able to validate and certify peer engineers' work to achieve high-quality product.

  • Opportunities for cross-team collaboration will enable you to learn new things that will make you a better and more versatile developer.

  • As a One Engineer, you will be responsible for development, testing and test automation in the team. We believe in “every member of the Scrum team being capable of every task – development or testing”.

Your qualifications & skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or equivalent

  • 8+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of making technical decisions

  • 8+ years of experience with Java (C# or similar will also be considered)

  • 8+ years of RDBMS database application experience (preferably Oracle or MS SQL)

  • Extensive knowledge of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming Paradigm and SOLID principles

  • Excellent communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts

  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence

  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to abstract functional requirements

  • Experience coaching and mentoring at various levels of experience

Nice to have qualifications & skills

  • Experience in building user interfaces like Vue, React, or Oracle JET

  • Software testing experience using various automation frameworks (e.g. JUnit) and tools (e.g Selenium)

  • Experience in agile practices and methodologies (SCRUM)

  • Experience in source version control systems (GIT preferable)

  • Experience in continuous integration and deployment environment
