As a recent graduate with a non-technical degree, you can join us as a Functional Associate Consultant or Associate Technical Support Engineer. Our global graduate program prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite. All graduates will participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the two streams below.   • Associate Technical Support Engineer (ERP) – Responsible for delivering world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Continue to practice, train your expertise in accounting, and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry.

  • Product Management Associate (HCM) – Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer, and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.

  • Implementation Consultant (Hotels) – Installing, configuring, training, transitioning, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle Hospitality products and interfaces using the latest Oracle installation, configuration, and training standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in the graduating class of 2024 only.

  • Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management or equivalent.

  • Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle.

  • Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation).

  • Strong motivation to progress with a career in the IT industry within a consulting role.
