Liberty Latin America Manager, T&I Strategy and Transformation in Panama

What’s the role

The Manager of T&I Strategy and Transformation will support the T&I team in the direction, planning, coordination, and communication within and outside the group. Streamline information flow to support the CTO and domain leaders to be prepared for key meetings such as CEO Staff Meetings, Board Meetings, etc.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and domain leaders, performing an array of tasks from planning and coordinating recurrent T&I meetings, defining key topics for discussion, managing scorecards, action items, etc.

  • Draft presentations and other materials for communicating status, risk, plans, etc. for board meetings, investor conferences, and other staff meetings

  • Coordinate the organization of annual events led by the T&I team (e.g. Technology Summit)

  • Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork

  • Ensure that appropriate targets and breakthrough dates are set for speed and effectiveness

Required Education / Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of related experience preferably in the telecommunications industry

  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

  • Written and verbal presentation skills are needed, as well as experience in communicating, persuading, and influencing.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize effectively, and work on various tasks at a time.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

  • Consistent exercise of independent discernment and discretion

  • Computer-literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Power BI knowledge as a plus
