A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assist guests with booking appointments and provide information about spa services

• Ensure the spa area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist therapists with setting up treatment rooms and preparing for appointments

• Maintain a calm and peaceful environment in the spa to promote relaxation

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
