Position Summary:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and sales activities in the European Market based in the Netherlands specifically targeting the UK market. The Senior Account Executive reaches their business targets through effective management of designated territories and occasional physical visits to customer sites. In this direct sales role, this person will also develop ongoing relationships with prospects and customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and customer facing presentation skills are essential for this role. As the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market grows, this role will be key to providing insight and strategy for business planning and growth.

*This is a remote position. The ideal candidate would be located within the Netherlands with the legal right to work in this country. We are open to contract hire to meet locational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and qualify target account strategies for enterprise accounts alongside sales engineers and technical subject matter experts

  • Follow a solutions selling methodology and have the ability to prospect and sell to C-level executives and multiple stakeholders

  • Help expand InEight’s established, yet growing, presence in the European Market, specifically in the UK.

  • Prepare for and conduct high impact sales presentations by leveraging all relevant resources available including InEight executives, pre-sales, product management, partners, etc.

  • Utilize on-line tools to organize engaging, productive meetings and presentations

  • Tracks activity in Salesforce.com

  • Communicate effectively about InEight's solutions to various stkaeholders in the construction or capital program sector.

  • Identify client needs, demonstrate real business value, and develop ROI statements and related proposal submissions (RFP responses)

  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth

  • Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner

  • Develop annual business plans for the UK territory

  • Experience with construction project management information systems (PMIS), electronic document management systems (EDMS) and/or BIM/VDC software a plus

  • Desire to particpate in tactical and strategic business planning

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minumum of 10 years of direct field sales experience in a SaaS solutions environment utilizing a proven sales methodology and selling to multinational enterprise level clients

  • Minumum of 6 years’ experience selling into the construction, energy sectors or capital program sector is required

  • Must have a proven track record of sales success in the software space using balanced score card and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Candidates must be a goal-oriented, self-starter & driven individual with an excellent ability to execute and sustain a high sense of urgency

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across the company and with our customers

  • Excellent sales/product strategy development and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record utilizing effective negotiating tactics of complex sales leveraging creativity & soft skills to successful close

  • Proven experience and results driving and selling enterprise applications with deal sizes over €1 million

  • Experience selling commercial project management solutions is highly desired

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator and online presentation tools is required

  • Experience in tactical and strategic business planning a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
