Responsibilities:

This is a Business Development role within Services Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the next generation travel solutions for our Financial Institutions clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for business development and ongoing account ownership for Services, working Financial Institutions on Travel & Hospitality solutions (travel cards, cobrands, travel ecosystems, etc.), with direct revenue and sales responsibilities

• Responsible for driving coordination within Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across D&S business lines and value propositions, focused on the above

• Will serve as the face of Mastercard D&S to senior level client stakeholders, including c-suite

• Will partner with Travel segment leads of MA Market Development to develop a plan for services to support their strategic imperatives

• Will work closely with delivery teams for an effective joint go to market and to ensure best-in-class value delivery

All About You

• Strong understanding of the travel sector including different ecosystem players, latest trends, new innovative products and solutions, etc.

• Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships based on empathy, thought leadership and subject matter expertise

• Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence in order to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral.

• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across markets and divisions.

• A proven attitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products.

• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.

• Preferably also with strong consulting and / or data driven solution selling background

• Bachelor’s degree minimum / MBA preferred
