BD Interventional (BDI) focuses on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological, and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.
Medical Affairs Manager BDI Mexico
Provide scientific & medical guidance to the BDI Marketing and Commercial teams to demonstrate value maximization of current and future products and processes for the respective platforms ensuring that BD demonstrates leadership by planning and delivering customer centric services in order to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Contributes providing expert knowledge, experience, tools, and guidance in the development of sustainable
competitive advantage particularly related to clinical practice, deep understanding of VOC
Ensure relevant and appropriate responses to customer inquiries for relevant BD products.
Develops the education strategy and specific training programs collaboratively with the Local Clinical
Specialists for internal associates and external customers.
Leads the KOL development programs across the country and management of key influencers.
Accountable for providing clinical input to Marketing function in order to assure consistent and appropriate
messaging from a medical standpoint.
Approves promotional materials contents.
Responsible for providing validated information on clinical practices.
Provides expert knowledge clinical trends, practices, and unmet needs.
Contributes to the development and implementation of clinical programs.
Accountable for the execution of Clinical Trials and Investigator Sponsored Studies and compliance to BD policies and local regulations.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (i.e. Nurse, Physician, etc)
Fluent english
Portuguese or other language is a plus
Experience in healthcare companies
5-10 years of experience in clinical practice and medical affairs area
