キャンペーンマネージャー（日本＆ミクロネシア担当）は、日本におけるマーケティング・シェアード・サービスの一翼を担い、日本およびミクロネシア地域のブランド、ロイヤルティ、収益のパフォーマンスに測定可能な貢献をもたらすマーケティング・キャンペーンを開発及び実行します。

Your Day to Day

With spectacular growth in our region - which includes a newly revamped rewards program and new brands in market - and an even bigger ambition, there couldn’t be a better time to join the IHG family.

Due to growth in region and Japan being a key growth market for IHG, we have a newly created role of Campaign Manager – Japan & Micronesia. The role will report into our Senior Campaign Manager who will be based out of our Tokyo Support office.

The role form part of the Marketing Shared Services in Japan and will develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable contribution to brand, loyalty and revenue performance for Japan and Micronesia region.

• マルチタスクをこなし、厳しい期限を守ることができるプロジェクト管理能力

• 日本語および英語での優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

• デジタルマーケティングツールとプラットフォームに精通

• デザインとコンテンツの美学に敏感なクリエイティブ思考の持ち主

• データを解釈し、データに基づいた意思決定を行うことができる分析的思考力

• チームプレーヤーで、素晴らしい対人スキルを持ち、部門や外部パートナーとの効果的なコラボレーションが可能

• ホスピタリティとIHGの組織に対する深い理解

What we need from you

To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience​

• 5+ years progressive experience with proven experience in campaign management, preferably in the hotel, hospitality or tourism industry​

• Experience planning and executing holistic, integrated marketing campaigns ​

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines​

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English​

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms​

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics​

• Analytical mindest, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions​

• Team player,. With strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.​

• Deep understanding of hospitality and IHG’s organization
