  • Responsible for over-all maintenance related activity of Halol-2 (OSD).

  • To ensure effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Schedule in SAP system .

  • Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the Break down time of OSD Process equipment.

  • Internal, External & Regulatory Audit Compliance and Response.

  • Ensure timely Closure of QMS Documents, Like: Change Controls, Action Items, CAPA, Investigations.

  • Preparation of annual Budget and ensure expenses are within budget.

  • Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.

  • Improvements to reduce the Break down time of production equipments.

  • To ensure all Critical utilities as HVAC & Water Systems are available as per requirement.

  • To ensure all other utilities as Power, Compressed Air, Steam and Nitrogen are available as per requirement.

  • Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.

  • To ensure all scheduled activity perform as per schedule.

  • To ensure closure of GMP and QMS Documents.

  • To review and approve QMS documents in Track wise system.

  • Handling of Project works related to up gradation of systems and equipments.

  • Training to personals, Support to HR initiatives, QCP and other development programs and their compliances.

  • Complete Block Management; HVAC Operation, Equipment Maintenance, Facility Upkeepment, any time readiness for Audits, Statutory compliance.

  • EHS Compliance: Training, Work Permit Approval, Vendor Permissions and training, site support to EHS.

  • Energy Conservation: Initiation & Implementation of Energy Conservation, Coordination with CFT for Utility operations.

  • Service Area Upkeep: Ensuring zero Leakages, Utility Modifications and Execution, Drawings revision and approvals.

  • Equipment Life cycle evaluation and management of their efficiency.
