Position : G2n Sales controlling

Location : Sun Pharmaceuticals, Mumbai, India

Educational Qualification &

Experience : CA with 3-5 years of experience

Skills required:

• Fundamental and conceptual knowledge of accounting specifically related to revenue recognition

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Working experience in SAP/Vistex is preferred

• Willingness and able to work in flexible shifts, including night time (US shift)

• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely reporting of Sales to the management as per the month close calendar

• Preparation and circulation of Month end Sales estimate based on Sales booked in SAP and after considering G2n adjustments

• Preparation of month close schedules for various G2n components which are listed below and ensuring completeness and accuracy

• Chargebacks

• Rebates

• Sales Returns

• MFN

• Shelf Stock

• Other customer deductions

• Analyzing the reasons for variances between accrual workings and system accruals

• Manual true up entries for the variances in G2n components as per accrual workings

• Preparation and analysis of month Gross to net Sales report to identify the exception and report key variances

• Regular review of system loaded rates and ensure that the gap is minimal

• Coordinate with Internal/External auditors by providing the audit data to ensure alignment with audit plan and resolves any observations

• Continuous improvement in sales accruals process with a target to minimize the gap between system accrual and working
