As Risk Advisory Lead for Cloud and infrastructure within our Digital Risk and Compliance team, you’ll focus on establishing & cultivating partnerships with the Digital / Business Units to enable proactive risk management, sustained compliance and next-level consumer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• In alignment with our mission, we seek for a passionate & dynamic "Risk Advisory Lead for Cloud and infrastructure" to forge and cultivate partnerships with Digital TECH foundation teams.

• The role involves comprehending their solution roadmaps and imminent priorities, as well as delivering comprehensive support and advice throughout the solution lifecycle (SLC).

• This role provides an opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with diverse business teams and vendors, working in a dynamic team and fully empowered to propose and implement innovative ideas.

About you

• Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or Digital/IT discipline

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, Cyber), or Information Technology contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities

• 2+ years of experience working in the Life Sciences industry

• Hard Skills & Knowledge : Strong Infrastructure and cloud knowledge & experience. Hands on knowledge of IT lifecycle approaches (including Agile practices); experience in systems validation and required controls to mitigate risks to compliance.

• Understanding of relevant life sciences IT risk domains and controls (e.g., GxP, Privacy, Cyber Security, SOX).

• Digital/IT risk management consulting experience is a strong plus.

• Process optimization / standardization is a strong plus.

• Soft Skills Stakeholder relationship management (strong interpersonal skills).

• Adaptability to a changing and highly dynamic work environment

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively influence and make decisions, in a global setting.

• Excellent written and oral communication in English, including ability to effectively educate various audiences on risk & compliance training and learning management topics.
