Job Description

  1. Supervision of order receipts & execution as per order management policy of the Company.

  2. Following Company SOP at 100%.

  3. Ensure 100% implementation of Doer and Checker concept.

  4. Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy at batch level.

  5. Thorough monitoring on the below areas.

  6. Monitoring & involving in SSD uploading & timely billing and dispatch

  7. Non-SSD order receipt and billing

  8. Hospital Orders receipts and billing To follow HO guidelines Strictly

  9. Follow SOPs on NDPS product billing & Dispatch

  10. Monitor E-way bill preparation & LR update.

  11. Monitor Collections, Payments from stockists and timely accounting.

  12. Charge back claims & process.

  13. Expiry/Breakage /Sales returns accounting and process.

  14. Goods Receipts accounting.

  15. Temperature monitoring and reporting to HO as per HO for the Walk in Cooler & AC Storage Area.

  16. Record maintenance of all the above functions.

  17. Customer queries handling and resolution.

  18. Coordinate with depot staff for all depot related functions like receipt, storage & dispatch of goods.

  19. MIS reporting to Marketing staff & HO as per guidelines.

  20. Order execution of Amrita Pharma orders and maintain timelines.

  21. Optival Sales Order execution & claim settlements monitoring.

  22. Conduct routine training and refresher sessions to the team.
