Job Summary

  • To achieve plant D vs C targets. Plant to Commit minimum 95% of the market Demand shared by RFC every month.

  • To achieve plant D vs S targets. Plant to Supply minimum 98% of the Commit every month.

  • To achieve to deliver FG in such a way that no product goes in Short For Sale. Minimum 40 days stock should be made available in the market. The same is tracked and achieved by SFS ( Short for Sale ) report.

  • To achieve PS deliveries in time. Quarter wise demand of PS need to be delivered in time from plant.

  • To run MRP in APO. Material Requirement Planning is to be run in SAP-APO. PR ( Purchase requisition ) for short RM ( Raw Material ) PM ( Packing Material ) need to be raised in APO for procurement.

  • All RM & PM made available at plant in time based on RFC demand. In co-ordination with Procurement team the short materials need to be delivered in plant and QC released as per Production Plan and Packing Plan.

  • To prepare, track and deliver as per Line wise Production Plan and Packing Plan.

  • To co-ordinate with Quality team for timely release of materials and FG.

  • To track and implement New MRP.

  • Inventory management for optimum Slow moving Non moving inventories.

  • To track and implement new pharmacopoeia change.

  • To lead any/all open action to be concluded/resolved in CFT.

  • To complete all assignment given by seniors / management as and when required in time.
