DELIVERY MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The DM will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-Quality eCommerce Projects.

Delivery Manager should be a person who can provide suggestions on implementation approach, limitations/complexity around implementation with respect to the platform used and recommendations for alternative solutions. This will need a good knowledge about the platform being used and a good understanding of normal ecommerce workflows.

  • Partner with other teams like BA, UX, Visual Design during Backlog refinement to understand the scope of deliverables from Engineering.

  • Work with PM to determine and define the timeline requirements, capacity planning based on allocations that could be based on different skill sets

  • Ability to identify and communicate Risks at the right time and provide solutions for mitigation

  • Ability to understand the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to Corra Engineers or QA.

  • Solution with Technical Architect/Lead for projects to define the technical specification for features and functionalities and also determining the effort associated

  • Ability to review Estimation deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy of Engineering and QA work

  • Planning, preparing and execution of Production Releases (big and small) through continuous coordination of technical implementation activities across different teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT with minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing delivery teams

  • Fluent in Agile best practices and mindset (Scrum Certification preferred).

  • Should have knowledge or ability to learn Quickly eCommerce Products (Magento, Shopify) and also adapt to the Software development processes followed in Corra.

  • Experience working with teams based in different geographical locations/timezones.

  • Should have exceptional communication skill both with Technical and non Technical Stakeholders

  • Experience working with European, US based teams and Clients and adaptable to their time zone meeting times.

  • Good Analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills is a must have

  • Experience planning, leading and delivering projects to high standards and agreed timelines. 

  • Experience in defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of the delivery team.

  • Technical background is preferred that helps in working with vendors, 3rd party teams, client teams and internal teams to lead the delivery of custom solutions in projects.

  • Detail oriented, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple workstreams.
