What’s is the job?

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and personalized attention throughout their stay. Your role involves addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating special requests, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Your day to day

Greet and assist guests with their requests, including special arrangements, reservations, and personalized services.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Address and resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure that all concerns are handled promptly and to the guest’s satisfaction.

Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests, such as room preferences, special amenities, or dining arrangements.

Ensure that all special requests are executed accurately and efficiently.

Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations and services.

Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and exceed their expectations.

Collect and document guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Communicate guest insights to management and contribute to strategies for enhancing service quality.

What’s the qualification?

  • Experience within luxury hotel chains/5-star luxury hotels & resorts

  • Minimum 2 years Front Desk Agent or equal position.

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Opera system.

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • High-energy individual with a positive attitude.
