Job Summary:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that goes beyond their expectations. You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service from starter to dessert, maintaining high standards with our signature flare, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver service excellence, ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Oversee the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring the environment is always clean, safe, and inviting.

• Manage inventory and resources, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and efficiently organized.

• Address any guest concerns or complaints swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Implement strategies to minimize waste and keep all team members informed about important updates regarding kitchen safety, supplies, or equipment.

• Coordinate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring all team members are well-prepared to meet the needs of our guests.

• Maintain compliance with local laws regarding food handling, alcohol service, and workplace safety.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them grow and succeed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural flair for creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and kneeling.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of local regulations concerning food safety and alcohol service.
