Who will you be working with?

You will be working with our maintenance team who are expertise to ensure on-site work are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible to provide technical and operational solution, including but not limited to technician training, provide expertise on day to day repair and maintenance to technician, deliver sounded technical answer to MTRC enquiries.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Assist Field Service and Operations Manager in overseeing service team.

  • Provide technical and operational solution to Field Service and Operations Manager for day-to-day task.

  • Liaise with customers, group sister companies (OE) for logistic & technical support.

  • Assist management for managerial work.

  • Manpower planning for performing field service works.

  • Prepare progress / field services reports.

  • Complete ad hoc assignments from Field Service and Operations Manager.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Degree holder in E&M Engineering or other discipline. High diploma with sound experience / knowledge will also be considered.

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, experience in rolling stock or related industries is a definite advantage. Software background is preferred.

  • Previous customer service / customer relation experience with be an advantage

  • Written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a MUST.

  • Holder of Hong Kong Driver License class 1 and 2 is an advantage.

  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of personnel.

  • Proven experience in staff supervision is an advantage.

  • Able to pick up different product lines knowledge & transfer to service team member.

  • Good team player, responsible, diplomatic, proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety and ISO standard is a definite advantage.
