The Opportunity

This position will directly reporting to local country head of IT controls & governance under CIO office. It will work closely with regional office head of operational resilience and business continuity management team.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management with involvement in the full BCM lifecycle activities

  • Certification from Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), DRI International (CBCP), is preferred

  • Proficient methodical experience in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management professional practices

  • Experience in Business Continuity Management Software and Emergency Notification Systems

  • Experience with real-time crisis events (internal or external) and flexible on shift and support ad-hoc crisis and incident

  • Knowing IT audit methodology, sampling and evidence requirements. Risk and Control self-assessment

  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to operation resilience, cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection laws relevant to the organization

  • Excellent communication in privacy, business risk and remediation requirements from assessments

  • Strong knowledge of technical terms and concepts of cyber security, disaster recovery, crisis and incident management and business continuity management

  • Ability to develop partnership-oriented relationships with business executives, functional leaders, stakeholders of various levels in the organization

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences

On the job you will:

  • Responsible for the overall Information Risk Management (IRM) business continuity, cybersecurity incident and crisis management

  • Lead and management regular exercises, including cybersecurity table-top, technology recovery, business unit alternate site, emergency notification (call tree)

  • Document all testing evidence and manage internal / external audit requirements

  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders in complying with the requirements of the company policy and standard and applicable regulations

  • Ensure that minimum business operational and technology requirements are met in the recovery and continuity of critical business processes

  • Evaluate and assess third party and vendor outsourcing risk to business operation

  • Maintain and monitor risk data, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and KRIs

  • Conduct Information Risk Assessment for new technology, technical and operation initiatives, protect business and technology recovery objectives and operation resilience

  • Provide advise and guidance in formulating recovery strategies, workarounds based on business needs, industry trends and best practices

  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), including cybersecurity and crisis management playbook, technology recovery procedures playbook and plan

  • Require immediate response and attention during any incidents leading to business disruption and crisis management invocation

  • Lead and execute crisis management plan and BCP in real scenario
