The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

In the Era of AI, the Azure business is a critical strategic monetization and growth lever for the company. This business consists of growing Azure consumption in our customer base across all customer segments, with hero Cloud services across Cloud Infrastructure, Apps, Data and AI technology.

The Azure Go-To-Market Manager in Hong Kong is accountable for leading the Azure Go-To-Market strategy for the Hong Kong market to deliver customer & partner success, resulting in revenue, growth and share outcomes for Azure. The GTM manager must develop strong partnerships across Sales, marketing, partner and services to lead and execute the priorities. The GTM manager will also build and land multi-year growth plans to maximize the local market opportunity across key priorities such as accelerating core growth through migration & modernization, differentiating through innovation, and targeting key segments and customer audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic go-to-market plans for Azure in Hong Kong market across sales, marketing, customer success, and partner functions, supporting one-Microsoft cross-functional execution.

  • Advocates Azure internally and externally (customers, partners, analysts and influencers) within the market.

  • Leads a functional v-team to execute against our business priorities and targets and generating learnings and patterns to scale execution. Connecting the field and Corp to drive clarity and priority for the business.

  • Drive Business outcome and owns relevant business metrics (e.g., consumptions, solution wins, and market share).

  • Provide support and advisory in winning key projects and customers. Drive impact through actionable execution within the v-team to land budget/Target/Forecast, ensure Pipeline coverage, Pipeline velocity and Top Funnel creation.

  • Lead and execute compete strategies to drive target market share gains. Enable and manage Azure Offers and Programs as growth driver. Ensure and execute Field readiness. Govern and track Investment funding and outcomes.

  • Partner with the Global Partner Solutions team (GPS) in the recruitment and capacity building of partners and executes partner programs to drive impact at scale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field experience

  • Strong experience in technical sales and/or program management experience in consulting/implementing/optimizing solutions in an enterprise environment

  • Experience in sales readiness, enablement, business planning, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience

  • Experience in Azure products and solutions (Microsoft, open source, third party) proven by successful sales/projects

  • Great communication skills, with experience in speaking at public events

  • Proven customer passion and deep Hong Kong, area, and regional market and customer understanding across different industries

  • Proven ability to orchestrate across various roles and responsibilities (leading without authority)

  • Track record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese language will be a plus
