The Opportunity

This role is mainly responsible for driving the distribution strategy and supporting end-to-end implementation for Manulife Hong Kong.

We are looking for someone with:

• Candidate with top-tier management consulting background is highly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication

• Possess relevant experience and expertise in Hong Kong market

On the job you will:

• Develop distribution strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels

• Analyze market landscape and identify growth opportunities, design initiatives to capture the opportunities and mitigate potential risks/challenges

• Deliver strategic projects, including solution design, end-to-end deployment and change management

• Prepare presentation materials to engage with key stakeholders

• Coordinate within Distribution team, gather inputs/suggestions on improvement areas and iterate the solution design
