Conduent Accounting Analyst II in Guatemala

Responsibilities

  • Review models and contracts related to client deal pursuits from an accounting perspective.

  • Provide proper accounting guidance on revenue and expenses per the US GAAP and corporate policy in a timely, professional, and ethical manner.

  • Host and/or attend accounting review calls and others as needed:

  • Join on time

  • Avoid multitasking

  • Ask questions assertively

  • Prepare all the necessary internal control accounting documentations within the SOX deadlines.

  • Maintain a complete and up-to-date contract repository.

  • Respond to internal requests within the specified timeframe.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Comply with all accounting corporate policies and standards.

Requirements for Internal Applications

  • +18-month tenure in current role

  • Strong experience in accounting mainly, and preferred Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)

  • English written and spoken 90%+ Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, teamwork and communication skills

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area

  • Knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Smartsheet preferred

  • Demonstrably able to eager and analyze complex matters

  • Time management skills

  • Flexible, able to work with multiple on-going projects and tight deadlines

  • Sense of urgency, accountability and initiative
