In this role you will provide consistently executed support to our Europe Sales function on non-core selling activities.

Your day to day

• Support Europe sales teams to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groups

• Preparation and planning of customer visits and supplier days / workshops

• Support customer and hotel query resolution

• Provide internal data and customer insights to inform analysis for go to market strategy

• Support integrated ways of working across Europe Sales, Europe Sales Support, and wider enabling functions for priority processes

• Capture and refresh pipeline opportunities and accurately record in CRM system

• Support planning and preparing for customer and hotel meetings

• Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting process

• Support admin tasks in line with the Europe Sales efficiency expectations

• Manage performance reporting as per the required reporting cycle

What we need from you

Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who is committed with a natural ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment.

• System savvy including proficiencies with Powerpoint & Excel

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to work in a virtual environment

• Able to drive team work and effectiveness within an international team
