Oracle Healthcare Cloud Transformation Director in United Kingdom

Job Description

Oracle Technology & Cloud sales line of business is establishing a team of experts to focus on the growth of our Healthcare vertical business across EMEA. This will be achieved by identifying transformational opportunities within the health sector and supporting clients deliver against those programs.

What you’ll do

As a Healthcare Cloud Transformation Director, You will work closely with the local Sales Representatives and technical resources who report to the local Country (Geo) Cloud Leaders. Local cloud sales representatives will drive the adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud in Healthcare. You will be primarily responsible for identifying and driving large bookings and winning big transformational projects, positioning Oracle Cloud as a cloud platform of choice.

  • You will leverage your trusted network of contacts within the NHS to understand their priorities, identify opportunities and develop and shape Oracle’s engagement.

  • Thanks to your deep knowledge of healthcare, you will identify, develop, influence and support the progression of large cloud opportunities to closure.

  • You will leverage the large ecosystem of Partners who have an established presence in this sector.

  • You will work collaboratively with the local cloud sales teams to progress the identified opportunities to closure.

What you’ll bring

  • Track record in positioning, shaping and selling large and sophisticated projects in Healthcare.

  • Must have existing network of NHS contacts, ideally in NHS England and NHS Digital.

  • Understanding of the challenges facing the NHS System, and an ability to articulate the outstanding value of Oracle Cloud to address their challenges and support their transformation strategies

  • Deep product and market expertise in the cloud arena, including customer needs, the competitive landscape, and key trends in the Healthcare industry.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships

  • Strong team player passionate about the team’s success as well as personal success.

  • Lateral leadership but able to work as a team.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed.
