Team/Role Description:

Coinbase is looking for an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in consumer technology and cryptocurrency, possessing expert knowledge of the European market. Adept at strategizing and executing scaled marketing campaigns that resonate with both the traditional finance and crypto sectors while catering to the unique needs of EU audiences.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Lead the development and execution of a Coinbase’s consumer marketing strategy in EMEA

• Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor as to how current and future Coinbase customer needs and desires advise product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external comms

• Execute multiple aspects of consumer marketing; from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, education and engagement campaigns, events, and communications

• Think big about the future of crypto and how you can bring consumers into the cryptoeconomy more quickly

• Measure and report against the performance of consumer marketing initiatives in EMEA

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• 10+ years of Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand Marketing experience within a B2C context

• Experience creating & implementing consumer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and customer lifetime value

• Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention, and drive revenue

• Experience efficiently launching products within an eCommerce, Consumer Internet, Retail, AdTech, Crypto, or FinTech business

• Sophisticated quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions

• Outstanding understanding of performance marketing, email marketing, social platforms, and experience creating compelling consumer content strategies

• Outstanding prioritization and project management skills

• Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

• Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range:

£125,550—£139,500 GBP
