The Opportunity

The Global Sales Director - Corporate and M&E will have defined goals for increasing total account revenue (Corporate and Meetings/Events) as well as market share for their assigned accounts. This role will ensure that the function builds long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the success key performance indicators and objectives.

This position will be responsible for proactive selling and strategic/total account management of key accounts and closing business for both Regional and International hotels. Travel for office visits, annual account reviews, hotel familiarization trips and client events will be required throughout the year.

Responsibilities include managing Global RFP for Corporate Travel and handling and converting M&E leads from End User Accounts and Third Parties. You will be responsible for monitoring monthly results, presenting them to key stakeholders, and achieving semi-annual quota.

Qualifications

· Extensive experience in Corporate and M&E Sales, ideally in hospitality

· Strong understanding of proactive hotel sales

· Experience in above property functions is beneficial

· Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be advantageous

· Microsoft Office

· Presentation tools and skills
