Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 800 professionals in R&D, production, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, and administrative support. How will you make an impact?

Join our team as an R&D Engineer in the Biomarkers, Automation and Instrumentation (BAI) Business Unit in Vantaa. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team, where you will play a key role in developing and maintaining products that impact lives worldwide. This is a fixed-term position until 30.9.2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product changes, sustaining activities and the development of new assay products for Indiko and Gallery analyzers

  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians and scientists to support product improvements and innovation

  • Ensure precise documentation and deliver technical support to individuals both within and outside the organization.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic, Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biosciences or related field

  • You preferable have experience in hands-on laboratory work

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
