We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cytology Application Specialist to join our Nordics team.

What You Can Expect:

• Provide professional and technical support to customers for Hologic's cytology products, including ThinPrep Pap Tests.

• Conduct in-depth training sessions for customers, including laboratory technicians, scientists, and clinicians, to ensure proper use and understanding of our products.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Coordinate and manage customer sites for clinical studies and evaluations, when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards and procedures.

What We Expect:

• Previous experience in clinical cytology, preferably within a laboratory setting.

• Strong understanding of the diagnostics market with a focus on cytology.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.

• Ability to travel extensively across the Nordics and occasionally internationally.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for providing high-quality clinical support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
