Your preferred work base can be either Tampere or Turku, and this role involves extensive fieldwork, with approximately 80% travel (including occasional overnight stays).

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and create the Account Business Plan to drive key customer and platform strategies.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory targets aligned with country budget expectations.

  • Focus on sustainable sales growth for the territory, ensuring both short-term and long-term success.

  • Convert key opportunities into sales and manage CRM (Salesforce) daily reporting.

  • Drive Customer Centricity activities to ensure compliance with BD Way of Selling and verifiable outcomes.

  • Build strong relationships with key individuals through efficient management of project proposals.

  • Work closely with BD account managers to coordinate activities at the local level and enhance business opportunities.

About you:

  • Qualified clinician or equivalent healthcare education with proven professional experience in both clinical and commercial settings.

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Experience in selling medical devices in the healthcare environment, with a deep understanding of the local healthcare system and tender management.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong commercial and business insight.

  • Proactive and customer-focused, capable of establishing strong connections with customers.

  • A collaborative individual who is proficient with computers and dedicated to ongoing professional growth.
