Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, processes and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security solutions for our clients. We collaborate to solve problems and innovate to provide creative solutions.

Make an impact on the future of Internet Security

You'll be involved with projects from design through implementation, testing and sign-off. As the technical expert, you'll lead the way, delivering the best security solutions to our customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment. Using our cutting-edge technologies and innovations which guarantee you'll never stop learning.

As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Owning all technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, testing, go-live) of our security solutions.

• Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and customize Akamai security solutions to address customers' security needs.

• Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support ongoing implementation.

• Participating in ongoing training initiatives to develop your skills.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience with web-based security solutions such as DNS security, Web app security, OWASP, etc.

• Have experience with internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, web servers, etc.

• Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success.

• Show proactivity and work with a sense of urgency combined with constant desire to learn, while being an accountable member of the team.

• Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content in the English language.
