Part-time Remote Dutch Customer Service Representative

What will you be doing?

A new toll road has opened in the Netherlands between Rozenburg and Vlaardingen. Road users will have many questions about this new toll road, which you will answer both by phone and email. These questions will be about:

  • Toll registration and payments.

  • Handling any complaints.

  • Keeping all administration related to the systems up to date.

  • Providing feedback on the new toll road based on traveler experiences.

After a one-week full-time paid training, you can start working part-time or full-time with a minimum of 16 hours a week. The number of hours you work will be divided into shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00 and on Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00.

We have recently partnered with RDW in the Netherlands to manage the toll system for the new A24 highway between Rozenburg and Vlaardingen, and we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team.

What do we offer?

If you start as a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW, we offer:

  • A gross salary of €1,900 per month based on 40 hours per week;

What do we ask for?

If you start as a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW, we ask for:

  • Good communication skills and fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

  • Good computer and system skills;

  • Customer focus and attention to detail;

  • If you also speak good English and/or German, that’s a plus.
