Position Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the work of the Senior Manager and Marketing Team and is a professional who assists with collecting and analysing data from various programs and creating insights related to our businesses. Creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers, while also evaluating and communicating results to other Marketing and Commercial Colleagues. In addition, the marketing executive undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities and supporting the brand team in providing analytics and organizing various projects when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, Compiling and distributing information, data and analytics on key projects

  • Provides market share analysis and analytical support to marketing department on a monthly and ad hoc basis

  • Supports the brand team with Brandmaker (A&P tracking, PO set up and paying invoices) administrative tasks, Visibility tracking, vendor management, portfolio actions, and data analytics.

  • Helps supports commercial function by providing relevant marketing assets information as needed

  • Creates monthly market share reports, provide further analytics to support the reports and creates other reports related to marketing performance at a Trade Group level (visibility tracking, promotional tracking, etc)

  • Coordinates and tracks progress on the Trade Group’s calendar of initiatives.

  • Helps to create marketing analytics for growth opportunities in collaboration with commercial, new product initiatives such as business cases, white papers, and presentations.

  • Maintains & Reviews Trade Group marketing budget allocation, identifies and raises issues, gaps and opportunities.

  • Helps to review and maintain marketing content across databases / SharePoint

  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents to be more standardized

  • All other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Degree or similar professional experience with preference on Business, Marketing or Finance Analyst

  • Has experience with data and reporting

  • Minimum 1 -2 years of business experience in a CPG Company

  • Ideally previous experience in brand marketing

  • Must collaborate well and have strong organizational skills

  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and collaborating cross functionally and across geographies as well as to peers and senior leaders alike

  • English written and oral language (intermediate)

  • 3 rd party data analytics and strong Excel knowledge

  • Experience mass consumption brands and products
