MaxAB Central Sales Development Senior Manager in Egypt

The Regional Sales Development Senior Manager is responsible for driving the optimal sales performance of the company by identifying and executing strategies that increase revenue across all countries. This role involves a blend of analytical skills, market insight, business acumen and leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams in pursuit of revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and data analysis, with a proven track record of scaling revenue in multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development:

  1. Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to meet or exceed business goals.

  2. Lead the planning function across all countries

  3. Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

  4. Collaborate with sales, CVM, product, and Operations teams to align on revenue strategies.

Performance Analysis:

  1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, including sales, customer acquisition, retention rates, and customer lifetime value.

  2. Conduct regular analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales ops teams and recommend adjustments.

  3. Working on fraud detection models

Sales Optimization:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.

  2. Develop on ground sales operations strategies and models that maximize sales while remaining competitive.

  3. Own and deliver high quality on-ground execution across all countries

Customer Insights & Experience:

  1. Use customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the sales operations and drive better sales.

  2. Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor and sales plans and execution for maximum impact.

Cross-functional Leadership

  1. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of revenue growth initiatives.

  2. Serve as a key stakeholder for the sales operations team, ensuring that new products or features align with sales goals.

  3. Partner with the CVM team to design and execute plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Reporting & Communication:

  1. Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to the executive team.

  2. Communicate insights, strategies, and results to key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

● 5+ years of experience in revenue management, sales, growth, or related roles.

● Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

● Proficiency in Excel,

● SQL or Python is a plus

● Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or technology sectors is a plus.
