Make a difference as aN Assistant Project Manager (APM)

As an Assistant Project Manager (APM) at RQ Construction, LLC, you will play a crucial role in the success of our commercial construction projects. What matters most

To excel as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) at RQ Construction, LLC, candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. While formal education is essential, equivalent work experience in the construction industry will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is a must, with specific software skills in Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, and Revit being preferred.

Candidates should have at least four years of construction industry experience, including a minimum of one year as a Project Engineer. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required, with the opportunity for training provided. A QCM certificate would be advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and safety in construction management.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.

  • Four or more years work experience in the construction industry or equivalent experience preferred, with one or more years' experience as a Project Engineer required.

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook Internet, etc.)

  • Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, BIM, Revit, Oracle) preferred.

  • LEED credential desirable

  • QCM certificate desirable.
