World Wide Technology Solution Architect - Human Capital Management - COSTA RICA in Costa Rica

  • Negotiate various solution options within the HCM platform to meet business demands without increasing technical debt.

  • Identify quick-win solutions to speed up delivery and minimize failure risks.

  • Mentor and provide developmental support to different product delivery teams.

  • Balance long-term planning, technical debt management, operational load, and team velocity while delivering new features.

  • Stay updated with new technologies and adapt quickly to them.

  • Establish and maintain HCM spending outlook and feature-technology mapping.

  • Focus on delivering business value through iterative development, converging on the final solution through knowledge gained during development.

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of Software Development, Application Integration, or Systems Analyst experience.

  • 5+ years of HCM technology architecture experience across different business domains – distribution, retail, services, etc., or technology domains, like Oracle.

  • 3+ years of technology leadership experience, with proven success metrics as defined by SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

  • 3+ years of experience in API Lifecycle Management application integrations.

  • Advanced technical and functional knowledge of HCM technology.

  • Full application lifecycle development experience using multiple frameworks.

  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Management Information System preferred.

  • Certifications such as SAFe Architect and TOGAF 9 are an added advantage.
