Human Resources Intern

Full-time | Colombia | Medellín

Your functions within the role will be:

• Supporting technical profile recruitment processes for the business

• Identifying technical and psychometric competencies of various profiles

• Assisting in selection processes

• Learning and managing recruitment platforms globally

• Administrative support for the department

What we need to see from you

Educational and Experience Skills:

• Final semesters student of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields who wishes to learn and strengthen their knowledge in the area of personnel selection in a global company.

  Required Skills:

• Required to complete the professional internship related to their career.

• Must have endorsement from the university or academic institution to sign the apprenticeship contract according to SENA.

• Must reside in or be able to temporarily relocate to the city of Medellín.

• Should not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract in a field unrelated to their current field of study.

• Eagerness to learn and work in the organizational area
