Oracle Paid Search Specialist - Marketing in Colombia
Job Description
This is an experienced marketing professional who will help drive the execution of the paid search campaigns on a global scale. This seasoned Paid Search Strategist will report to the Senior Paid Search Manager and should be able to pick up any platform in our arsenal, dig into our vast data to figure out what moves the needle, and design and deploy campaigns that generate results in an already thriving channel with unbelievable lead growth potential.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably in B2B
Experience working on enterprise-level paid search accounts with large budgets
Expert ability in keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid management
Global paid search experience – North America, EMEA, APAC, and LAD
Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time. Time management skills are critical
Creative problem solver and willing to take on new challenges
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Responsibilities
What you'll be responsible for:
Optimizing and executing paid search campaigns (Google Ads/Microsoft Advertising) to drive a double-digit y/y growth for the program
Daily campaign and budget management
Launch landing page and ad copy A/B testing efforts
Review the search term report to identify potentially converting keywords and add irrelevant keywords to the universal negative keywords library
Proactively identify areas of opportunity and take action to improve the paid search program
Investigate reports to uncover data trends and translate the data into actionable recommendations
Perform competitive analysis and stay up to date on the latest PPC trends
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
