• Coordinate internal testing resources and third-party laboratory resources to facilitate the smooth progression of RF certification cases.

• Assist customers in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

• Monitor the progress of project testing and stay informed about the status of each case.

• Communicate test progress updates to clients and address any testing-related concerns through effective communication.

• Manage test samples and uphold confidentiality agreements as required.

• Maintain the quality system in accordance with company quality documents to ensure the testing quality meets standards.

• Responsible for maintaining report templates, continuously improving procedures, and enhancing testing and certification efficiency.

• Managing radio approval projects for commercial and industrial products, including certifications including RED, FCC, IC, JRF, NCC, etc.

• Detailed knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the appropriate discipline.

• Working knowledge of conformity standards in use in areas of expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in areas of expertise,

• including application to complex, new, or unusual products.

• Working knowledge of industry issues, needs, and problems.

• At least 3 years experience in testing and certifying radio products (e.g. Bluetooth device, Wi-Fi, Zigbee 2/3/ 4/5G, etc.).

• At least 3 years experience in project management.

• Familiar with ISO17025, RF theory, directive and legal requirement s, and RF tests.

• Capable of independently resolving technical issues and proficient in conducting in-depth investigations into technical matters within the RF and EMC fields.
