Description and Requirements
工作内容：
- 负责客户的SAP Basis 标准运维 a) 24*7 SAP 客户运维技术支持 （早班，中班，夜班），疑难问题的快速响应。 b) 精通SAP S/4 HANA系统的日常监控，参数优化，后台作业管理，日志分析，安全问题修复 c) 具备丰富的SAP HANA经验，熟悉SAP系统的架构，解决方案和运维模式； d) 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解SAP英文文档，能够流利地使用英语进行沟通； e) 具备良好的责任心，能够负责任地执行工作，高效完成工作任务 2. 负责客户的项目支持； a) SAP S4/HANA系统安装，配置，升级在不同的平台（应用/数据库/OS） b) 根据甲方客户的需求， 定制化的给出解决方案 c) 能够熟练使用SAP S4/HANA，了解SAP公有云和私有云 3. 能够胜任一定强度和压力下的工作。
任职要求：
6年或以上SAP BASIS经验，甲乙方都可，热爱SAP行业，熟悉SAP未来趋势，专业的客户服务意识； 积极主动，责任心强，有较好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，有较强的承压能力，学习能力强； 资深的系统分析、架构设计和文档编写能力，能有效解决问题 熟悉SAP S4/HANA 相关产品S4/ECC/CRM/BW/SLM等系统，掌握SAP BTP产品系统安装，升级、迁移经验 掌握AIX、Linux等操作系统的基本管理, 精通ITSM系统操作流程，熟悉GXP流程规范. 有SAP S4/HANA cloud PE 工作经验优先， 有SAP CEM,PC3工作经验优先 精通Oracle，DB2相关工作者优先 英语听读写能力 全日制本科及以上学历。
