Ford Motor Company Retail Marketing Specialist in China

  • The Lincoln Retail Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for establishing/reviewing/conducting/protecting dealer level marketing brand communication, including marketing plan and dealer event activities.

  • The Lincoln Retail Marketing Senior Specialist needs to ensure the quality of brand communication at regional and dealer level.

  • The Lincoln Retail Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible to support the development of Lincoln dealer events strategy and guideline, execution manual, and implementation, coordinate with cross functional marketing team (Brand, MKT, PR, Network) to support Lincoln product launch and brand experience events.

MAIN PURPOSE AND BUSINESS CONTEXT:

Lincoln Retail Marketing Supervisor will be reporting directly to Lincoln Retail Marketing Manager and work closely with the cross functional team, including Brand, MKT, PR, Network, etc

  • Have understanding of the overall automotive industry and the way vehicles are retailed through dealerships.

  • Have understanding of evaluating proposals from dealers on advertisement communication and event activities, to better demonstrate retail activities in brand communication.

  • Main Interface with regional retail marketing representatives to better support dealer level marketing guidelines, including monthly dealer event guidelines.

  • Responsible for monthly dealer marketing plan summarize and analysis.

  • Collect feedback and work with agency to have monthly report on dealer marketing activities and evaluate outcomes to provide lesson learn to senior management.

  • Interact with cross functional teams (MKT, PR, Brand) to align monthly retail marketing plan.

  • Support Marketing team by ensuring key messaging is supported at the dealer level.

  • Liaison between Brand and PR team for new project launch retail marketing plan.

  • Work on optimizing national and regional dealer marketing program process and guideline.

  • Develop event evaluation metrics, apply pre and post marketing event evaluation reports and communicate the success, and lesson learned of each event to management, including budget recap, KPI performance, customer and dealer feedback for future improvement.

Education Qualification

  • A marketing or business degree

No. of Years of Experience

  • At least 5 years experiences in Marketing and/ or Sales, dealer development

Preferred previous experiences

Prior experience in dealer marketing, promotion/event, brand communication, retail marketing strategy development and implementation, familiar with dealer network and operation, experience in dealer communication for China auto industry and /or in luxury brands (auto/non-auto) will be extremely beneficial, Knowledge of Ford/ Lincoln product is a plus
