Responsibilities:
Setup critical metrics and dashboards: revenue, operational cost, lead time, etc.
Direct interaction with the business to understand and analyze business problems, derive insights and recommend solutions
Work with multi-functional team, to create reports, data sets and mechanisms to provide access to business data
Completing ad-hoc analysis and communicating results in a concise manner
Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across the global CTD data stores
Establish good working relationships with peers in other divisions and explore joint system and process improvement opportunities.
Maintain MS SQL Server and GPM database environments (security, tables, views, packages, SQL Agent jobs, SSAS database, Integration Services)
Develop/Maintain and Administer PowerBI dashboards, gateways, SFDC and associated infrastructure
Lead drive RPA(Robotic Process Automation)projects to streamline information flow and to reduce people manual work.
Manage partner relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple partners
Provide data related trainings: hand over tools for users; develop necessary data skills to the workforce

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrable ability to adapt style to different situations and people
Must be a business partner, not merely a technical expert – this position plays an active role providing actionable insight into the Clinical Trials Division
Strong analytical skills – and ability to use those skills to influence and motivate change
Good scripting and programming skills
Ability to partner with management at all levels and to lead major projects and initiatives
Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to communicate effectively professionally with a diverse group including directors, managers, subject matter experts and end-users.
Self-motivated; bias for action
Hands on attitude
Experience& Education
BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Computer science, Statistics, Engineering or other business related disciplines
Solid technical background: skills with BI reporting tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.),data transformation via SQL, Excel VBA
3+ years of data analytics working experience
Experience in Lean/Continuous improvement/Sig sigma will be a plus
