Your day to day

Dynamic , hands on Front Office Manager with solid operations and leadership experience required to assist the team to reach new heights in Guest satisfaction

Growing and supporting our team to reach service and revenue targets while directing their growth is a must.

Revenue Management and guest satisfaction skills, human resources sensitivity and teambuilding are paramount. Your past successes in bringing results in employee and guest satisfaction as well as achieving owner goals should be proven.

What we need from you

An ability to adjust to a fast paced environment, focussing on the team, the guest and the owners priorities. Experience in IHG preferred
