Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable growth and profitability for the brand through strategies grounded in deep consumer insight and data analysis.

  • Recommend changes to in-year execution and/or identify new opportunities based on performance indicators.

  • Communicate the brand strategy and implementation plans to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Partner with the US team to ensure local alignment with local strategy.

  • Ensure alignment of the brand strategy and build strong internal partnerships with key CHC functions, including Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Supply & Communications

  • Create integrated consumer campaigns including TV, precision marketing, digital, social, and consumer/ trade promotions. Utilize consumer journey insights and marketing mix analysis to connect with the right consumer, at the right moment, with the right message.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional and external agency partners to build and execute plans.

  • Oversee management of P&L, leading forecasting, budget tracking, and the annual business planning process.

  • Collaborate closely and frequently with Field Sales and Sales Strategy to plan and execute programs that will drive growth at retail (e.g., buyer engagement, sizing/ pricing strategy, promo planning)

  • Partner with Innovation Lead to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy and short-term financial plans.

  • Develop and implement launch activation programs for innovation launches.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Preferably a Master’s Degree/MBA or equivalent.

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in brand marketing, especially in OTC or CPG.

  • Exceptional project management skills.

  • Leadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute; ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs.

  • Cooperate transversally – collaborate and influence up-down-across organizations and cultures/ geographies.

  • Act for change – embrace change/innovation and initiate new and improved ways of working.

  • Strong strategic thinking, Creative problem solving, Digitally savvy

  • Excellent English & French communication skills, both written and verbal

The salary range for this position is $123,000.00 to $130,000.00 CAD. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
