Liberty Latin America Flow Intern in Barbados

As a Telecommunications Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will assist in various projects and initiatives aimed at advancing our telecommunications solutions and services. This internship will provide valuable exposure to key aspects of the telecommunications sector, including network infrastructure, wireless technologies, data transmission, and customer service.

This internship will facilitate:

  • Hands-on experience in a leading telecommunications company.

  • Greet and deal with customers in a professional and warm manner

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge/understanding of the company’s policies.

  • Demonstrates a good understanding and enthusiasm for the FLOW’s products and services.

  • Be a FLOW Ambassador in promoting the company and its products and services to customers, friends, and family.

  • Acknowledge and respond to emails received in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a standard of performance in line with company standards.

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on emerging industry trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives.

  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities to ensure the reliability and performance of telecommunications systems.

  • Provide support for customer inquiries and technical issues, delivering exceptional service and support.

  • Actively participate in a Corporate Social Responsibility (Give Back) Initiative.

  • Complete secondary and/or advanced level certificate, inclusive of English and Mathematics.

  • Currently pursuing an Associate degree or Baachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

  • An awareness of the company’s products and services would be an asset.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
