Description and Requirements

Manager will be responsible to outbound operations, B2B, B2C, e-commerce transportation for computers and data centers.

Responsible for management logistics operation, contract logistics with 3PL (logistics providers), Cost Management, Logistics provision and finance planning, SLA (OTD), RFI and RFQ management shared with Lenovo and Motorola

Manager for overseeing the overall supply chain management, the most common responsibilities that are highlighted in the resume include – very good “people management”, organizing and monitoring supply and distribution of goods, managing entire order cycle, managing logistics interface with warehouse, strong coordination in outbound transport/distribution, and customer service, liaising with retailers, and logistics providers; check the quality and quantity of goods' pack; catalog goods and processing shipments; complying with ISO regulations and related laws or regulations.

AI/BT/Innovation- oriented to expansion of e-commerce operation with global logistics team, reporting to “vertical” in USA and China.

The requirements expected from logistics manager include – successful record of logistics management and distribution, people management (demonstrable ability to manage a whole team), excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills. A Well- crafted Logistics Manager Resume should embrace a degree in the field of engineer, business administration, supply chain, Logistics or the relevant.

Desirable accomplished Logistics Manager offering valuable experience that includes the coordination, transportation, and delivery of goods. Offer expertise in key tasks such as organizing the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, and to ensure that orders are satisfied correctly.

Responsabilities:

  • Experience in Project Savings, Cost Avoidance and P&L.

  • Analyze expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services

  • Knowledge in TMS – Transportation Management System or others proficiency in logistics software related

  • Maximized capabilities through evaluation, simulation, and execution of action plans to meet both short- and long-range capacity and facility forecasts.

  • Develop transport operations policies and procedures and communicate information to staff.

  • Performed logistics operational analysis and consultation work for the Global Logistics Team headquartered in China and United States.

  • Including transportation automated and systems enhancing overall productivity and performance.

  • Confer with department heads to coordinate transportation activities, such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing

  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.

  • Managed all 3PL contracts including insurance, liability, and payables.

  • Coordinate shipping dates with suppliers to maintain delivery schedules.

  • Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.

  • Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.

  • Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles such as aircraft and ground transportation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA is a plus

  • Large experience within Logistic

  • Large experience as people manager

  • Advanced, Fluent English

  • Advanced Microsoft Tools

  • Advanced knowledge with TMS System

  • Able to work full time at Indaiatuba-SP
