WESCO Analyst - Sales Operations in Belgium

As an Analyst – Sales Operations, you will be responsible for managing large sales and performance datasets specific to Sourcing, Catalog, Supplier, Inventory and Project Management. You will be the link between the Sales Teams and our internal team to deliver on all international transaction. Responsible for deliver a flawless experience to the Sales Teams and in turn our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go to person for all global transactions between APAC/EMEA and the US

  • Work with the Global Transportation Team to ensure exports run smoothly and effectively

  • Coordinate local teams to leverage global capabilities, costing requests, inventory inquiries, order tracking, account and new vendor creations. Managing the back orders of all international transactions.

  • Be the connection for a smooth sales process between the sales teams regions and their customers. Key internal stakeholders you will engage with are: Legal/Tax, Procurement, Sourcing, Marketing, Operations, Credit, export/import (Transportation) and Finance Teams

  • Assist in developing sophisticated solutions, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tools to achieve and support the business goals.

  • Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.

Qualifications:

  • Associates’ Degree required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Knowledge of B2B Supply Chain, including Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Electrical, Inventory, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Pricing, etc.

  • Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to visualize data to tell a story that allows the end user to make informed decisions and take actions.

  • 4+ years of related experience preferred

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines

  • Ability to identify potential problems and propose possible solutions

  • Understanding of latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize tools and processes preferred

  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%
